Address Proof (any one): Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, or recent utility/bank statement

Photograph: Passport-size color photo

Contact Details: Active Mobile Number and Email ID (required for OTP and video verification)

Applicant Documents: Proprietor’s PAN Card, Photograph, Mobile Number, and Email ID

Business Proof (any one/two depending on registration): GST Registration Certificate, MSME/Udyam Certificate, or Trade License

Alternative (Non-GST): Latest Bank Statement of the firm (not older than 3 months)

Partner/Applicant Documents: PAN Card and Photo of the applicant partner

Firm Documents: Partnership Deed (showing names of all partners), Firm’s PAN Card, and GST Certificate or Business Registration

Financial/Authorization: Organization Bank Statement and Authorization Letter on letterhead

Applicant Documents: PAN Card and Photograph of the Director/Authorized Signatory

Company Documents: Certificate of Incorporation, MOA & AOA / LLP Agreement, and Company PAN Card

Authorization: Board Resolution / Authorization Letter empowering the applicant, along with a list of directors.

Entity Documents: IEC (Import Export Code) Certificate, Company/Individual PAN Card, and GST/Registration proof

Signatory Proof: Authorization letter and passport-size photo of the applicant

Identity & Address: Scanned copy of a valid Passport and local government-issued address proof

Additional: PAN Card (if applicable) and apostilled/embassy-attested documents if papers are not in English.

Cryptographic USB Tokens (such as Crypto Token, Watchdata, or ProxKey) do not require independent documents; they are hardware devices required by Indian law to physically store the downloaded DSC file securely.
